Ask questions, set boundaries.
@mansi_trivedi1 setting boundaries is a great one. I lacked that early in my career and it was brutal. Did way too much for everyone else.

@mansi_trivedi1 @slimmy82 Thank you for your sharing. I think it's uneasy to say no to others in the early career. 😂
@yokiyoki it’s hard, but it gets you respect. And you don’t say no. You can say, as soon as I finish this task I’ll work on what you need. Or happy to work on this, but is it more important that this that I’m working on

For newcomers in the workplace, my advice would be to approach every task with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and don't hesitate to seek guidance from experienced colleagues. Cultivate strong communication skills, both in listening and expressing your ideas. Building positive relationships with your peers and superiors is key to a thriving work environment. Take initiative, be proactive, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Stay open to feedback, as it is a valuable tool for improvement. Finally, continuously invest in your professional development by staying informed about industry trends and expanding your skill set.

Launching soon!
Hey Yokiiiii! Congrats on starting your new job! It's totally normal to feel overwhelmed at first, but don't worry, you'll get the hang of it soon. As for launching a product, I'm actually in the process of doing that myself. Do you have any advice for a newbie like me? Also, would love to invite you to check out my product once it's live and hear your thoughts on it. You can click on the "Notify" button to get notified when it's ready. Thanks and good luck with your new job!

One Chinese sage said: “It is better to be embarrassed once and find out the answer than not to know it all your life.” The same can be done at work, the more experience you gain and don’t hesitate to ask, the cooler you become as an employee)
