@blueeon Hey Kane, it will absolutely help with Strength training. Also we added popular programs that people really like to train with. You should try it! I'm launching tomorrow and it'll free for all product hunters.

@blueeon Oh the automatic counting feature is done by motion tracking. So we trained our AI to recognise human workouts using Machine Learning. For example, we give the AI data for humans doing bicep curl, then overtime it would learn that it is a bicep curl :)
