The idea is that when you're trying to meet your estimates, you stay more focused.
So... I made an app that let's you make one click estimates.

Have you heard of the Pomodoro Technique? My approach is a little different, I've been calling it the Fibonacci Technique.
This is because you start your tasks with estimates using the Fibonacci numbers.
The design is similar to a meditation app, the idea being that it will help you reduce stress while you work.

Seems like a great idea! An app that gamifies task completion could be really helpful for boosting motivation and focus, especially for those with ADHD. I wonder if there are any existing apps out there that do this well already? If not, sounds like a potential opportunity! Keep us posted if you find or build something promising.

My app isn't exactly gamified (not yet at least). It's more like mindfulness meets productivity.
You start each task with an estimate based on the Fibonacci series.
