AI based chatbot trained on existing content?

Personal.ai seems to be getting there but it doesn't make a chatbot available - that, seeking a ChatGPT like experience where the AI is entirely trained by content specifically provided (social media, articles, etc.) so that the bot is "like" the author. Made available to the public so people can interact with the "person" AI. Anything coming close?
