Entrepreneurs and founders, I would appreciate to hear about the hurdles you faced while launching your latest product. What was your biggest challenge, and how did you overcome it? Your experiences and insights would be incredibly valuable to every newcomer!

As we were and still are building DocXter, there were a lot of hurdles (known and unknown).
What I'd recommend is getting your website, landing pages, and service pages, along with all other content like documentation, guides, interactive videos, images, etc. in place.
It goes a long way.
Launching is the easy part, but maintaining the platform, updating it, evolving it, taking feedback, and addressing customers is a big deal. And whatever you can do to ensure a smooth onboarding and support experience should be taken as a priority!
And that's what we did, we created a lot of content around it, and it is playing a crucial role in driving customer success and AI-mazing user journeys!
