🤯 A false start launch from a PH technical error. Has this happened to you?

A false start launch from a technical error. We were rescheduling the launch date and totally didn't expect this. I've seen in the comments that this has happened to some people, but I was hoping that the PH team had already solved the problem. Has this happened to you? We are trying to get in touch with the PH team to get this reversed

Yes, I also encountered this issue. Luckily, I was able to get in touch through email within an hour and received assistance. I hope the process and functionality here can continue to improve.

Yes this has happened to us, we messaged the PH team through the live support chat and they got back to us 5 hours later! Sometimes they are delayed but I found that they are quite good at resolving issues!

@anthony_green2 Thank you for your story. We were more fortunate, the delay was only about 3 hours. Seems like the guys already know the problem is not an isolated one and hopefully will fix it.
