A failed lunch does not mean your idea is bad

I've been part of the indie maker community for a couple of years and I've seen a lot of people launch their project and getting a very low number of upvotes, signups, or visits. A lot of things can go wrong with a product launch: bigger announcements by other makers or companies, your site crashes, or you just didn't have an audience and your product got buried in the feed.
I've been having talking with other makers recently for one of my projects (QuickTalks.io) and this is one of those lessons learned that I think would be helpful for aspiring indie makers.
I know a failed launch can be discouraging but it does not mean your project or your idea is bad.
How many failed launches have you made? How many projects have you abandon and then found out that a company has created exactly what you were working on?
Learn from each failure and eventually, you'll make it right 🚀
