i have always had and issue with creating multiple projects at the same time, which makes me lose focus on some of them, so my question is , how do i work on projects? should create them individually or simultaneously? or just learn to handle all of them at once?

Maybe define hours in day when you will work on which project. That''s how I do it, for example, in the morning I start with fixing customer issues and bugs for 2-3 hours (sometimes more and sometimes less, depending on what was reported by customers, if anything), after that I work on new features for another project (sorted by priority), after that I work on projects I find most interesting and/or projects on which launch date is close.
