Developing a Mobile App

I'm currently trying to build a mobile app, but I feel like I am running into so much trouble trying to find developers. My co-founder and I both have tech backgrounds, but we do not know Swift or React Native. I have the UI thoroughly designed, and I am working on a pitch deck and business plan. I just feel like I am running into a roadblock. I need like 80k to hire a frontend developer, which I would need funding to do, but I feel like I won't get funding without more of a product, or at least a high-fidelity prototype. Any advice?
