Hi! I'm researching mental health tools designed to help remote workers. My team is building one about burnout prevention but happy to discover more and build a complete list that could be helpful to everyone.

I used Headspace for a while and it's super awesome. There is also an app called WHM that has a lot of breathing exercises and all sorts of breathing techniques based on the Wim Hof method. Not sure if that's what you were looking for but those 2 I liked the most. Good luck!
Remote team burnout is a huge problem right now. Observed that with many team members over the course of lockdown, so built a tool more for internal use, but launched it on PH after we got some good feedback. It's basically a triple column entry journal used in CBT, it helps someone vent and then find distortions in their negative thoughts. It's been remarkably effective in a short span of time.
