Looking for a solution for dealmaking

So, I have two clients. One with a request, another with an offer. Both come to me. I want to find simple solutions to link them for a paid consultation. Some workplace where they are making an appointment and I can mark a payment for the consultation. I collect information in airtable and have a stripe for a payment. Any ideas. Thank you.
