How do you manage to balance personal hobbies and professional life?

Hello my name is Gaspard! I just started my internship at the start up Ponicode 3 months ago. The team is amazing and very knowledgeable. I worked hard and learned a lot about data science and entrepreneurship. But sometimes I want to do some other stuff like read or play the guitar, but I am not enough organised to do so. Do you have had the same experience and some tips to get away from coding all day?
