What would a platform/tool for growing ph community look like?

I'm thinking maybe a list of most likely follow-back(ers) publicly available so that newcomers, can start there.

In all honesty, if you're a founder building a software product, you really don't have another 10 hours a week spare change to 'really' engage on ph? Or, am I just being silly?
