Any advice to automate business workflows for training institute using NoCode/ Lowcode tools?

Hello Community members, Can you please share some tips/ advice to automate business workflows like timesheet for instructors, classroom management (Physical classrooms), Recruitment, student projects tracking, study resources etc. I am assisting a friend who owns a training institute and we were using Google classrooms. But as we are growing we are facing challenges. One primary requirement is if we can use the "free" features till we grow (Something like Slack and Trello offer) rather than straightaway a paid pricing plan. Thanks in advance.
