Hi @seo_rony1! I used to manage hundreds of Google local listings for a client and unfortunately there isn't a way to delete a review. However, you can "Flag" the review if it's inappropriate or if the user has mistaken your business for another. To do that in Google My Business:
- Select the location
- Select “Reviews” and find the review
- Toggle over the 3 dots on that review and click “Flag as inappropriate.”
You can also report the review (I'd recommend doing both) to Google my business support.
In my experience it can take up to a month for the review to be removed. I hope that helps! this guide is also extremely handy: https://www.podium.com/google-re...

You can't remove them directly, but you can do all that @shannon_maloney suggested. If the reviews are violating the Google review policies this will be easy. Just pick the right reason for the reporting: https://support.google.com/contr...
Also don't forget about the Reputation Management. This can help with the reviews that remains active: https://www.fundera.com/blog/dea...
