Website for building a newsletter

I remember seeing a site awhile back that allowed you to stand up a newsletter really quickly. It felt a lot more like a blogging platform than email marketing campaign platform. On its homepage it listed out all the newsletter subscribe to, some were paid and some were free. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
