Today, we launched Phlywheel on PH! *gulp* Phlywheel is an “Agency as a Service” (however, AaaS sounds kinda wrong LOL!) platform that provides learning, tools, resources, coaching and guidance to SMEs who need the services of an agency to reach their marketing objectives, but cannot afford one. Our core markets are: A. The super smart executive who has found themselves in a business development or marketing role all of a sudden - whether it's because they've made a move or that's the role in their organization all of a sudden. Though they have a LOT of experience, they're facing the realization that marketing isn't as clear cut as it looks! They need frameworks and support. This person is often pretty isolated on the team as well (no budgets for a marketing department). Company size here is 10-100 people. Lots of B2B. B. The driven, DIY entrepreneur who pretty much has to do it all themselves because their budgets aren't enormous (yet). They may be funded and may even have a junior marketing staff member, but need agency help. The issue is that really great, strategic agency help isn't cheap. Getting the type of help they need can range from $5,000-50,000 A MONTH. Their entire marketing budget is likely $500-5,000/month (including ad buys). Their junior staff member can get all sorts of learning and growth and the DIY entrepreneur can get agency expertise along the way. C. Students and people looking for a career change into marketing. We're trying to solve for each of these markets with a unique blend of technology, content + community. There are no free memberships because we want to be able to create a safe and committed environment. Let me know what you think!

Hello everyone. Greetings from windy Denmark. A friend and I have been working out via video for a few months now. Initially we agreed on a time where we didn't use video, which didn't really push any of us, but when we started using video, we could push ourselves more, but we had to somehow keep track of sets, the planks countdown etc, so I started building a product that can do video and with a set of tools to track sets, countdown etc. It's called Svedig, which means sweaty in danish.
