Ship Upcoming Page Issues?

Hey everyone! I've been trying to create an upcoming page on Ship here on Product Hunt, but for some reason, submitting my email just navigates me to a blank page. Is anyone else encountering this issue? Thanks so much, and happy holidays! Mandy Fong
