Keeps your team focussed on what’s important, why they’re working hard & what the goal on the horizon is. There is a long list of additional benefits, but these are the immediate ones worth noting. My key point here is great brands are not only developed with great design, they must be paired with an accurate & organized vocabulary about your purpose as a company in the market.

@konok_nazmul From my own experience, it helped a lot when I was interested in the interests of the people on the team and tried to support them in what they enjoy. An activity that allows them to "escape" from work and fulfills them. Then they were more motivated to work because they knew that their interests were also supported.
