Ok, google, how to get out of the "sandbox"?

So, we have got a really nice product launched today but at the same time, we got it into a "sandbox" called "newest" products. The reason was many our customers are from Russia, not really familiar with PH culture, they had empty profiles, etc. The support told us it can't be featured. But we still want to attract attention of the USA market. Does anyone know, maybe it's better to delete and relaunch?
