    Would you want to allow your customers to manage their subscription from the Intercom chat bubble?

    My team is working on building a Servicebot + intercom integration to allow users to: - update their credit card - upgrade/downgrade - and download invoices directly from the Intercom chat window. What do you think? Is this something that you'd find useful as a founder or as a consumer?

    Interesting idea. I would have thought this would be too easy for users to downgrade. My CTO would be asking - 'too easy perhaps...'
