@dansodergren Oh, very cool! That's what I thought, but I was confused by the wording.
I just signed up, I've been looking for an organized way of doing this. We've been partially distributed for a while now, but the lockdown has made team development even trickier. I'm going to try FLOCK. and give some feedback, if you're interested?
@rossbaltimore using something online that allows employees to self select their values and then see how aligned your remote team is on values. Something like www.yourflock.co.uk
