I would look into companies like Intercom, Drift, and Crisp chat to see what their social media presence is like. I know Intercom and Drift have great marketing so being able to leverage their network would be beneficial for Botsai.

I don’t know the best hashtags but when I’m looking for hashtags I look at what competitors are using or other brands targeting my audience and copy
