How to make the PH special gift item more visible to users?

Hey Makers, We've just posted today https://www.producthunt.com/posts/impressions and we're getting the attention and feedback alright. But users don't seem to be recognizing the 3 day premium feature we provide with the post. How do you think we should make this more obvious? Thanks.
