Do you use freelancers or prefer established teams for your idea execution?

We are working on a Partner as a Service program for Teamstack.co and wondering if startup prefers to hire establish specialist teams such as Design team, development team, or Product team, who would help you from your idea to MVP launch?

@samar_ux I have really great interns on the team for my side hustle, I pay them hourly for project based work e.g. social media management, CRM, administration. This model has worked well for me for the last two years.
