Leadership in web3 startups
Hey everyone,
Just wanted to drop a quick chat about leadership in the ever-evolving world of web3 startups.
1. Transparency: Make sure your team knows what's going on. Building trust is vital. We had some difficult decisions to make, we tried our very best to communicate to all. Not just the good things but especially our shortfalls.
2. Stay Agile: Things change fast. Adapt and move...

The Venly team and I are excited to be launching our Shopify NFT Minter App on Product Hunt - a platform built on decentralization and community - two pillars of the web3 industry. Our app continues in this spirit by making it easier than ever for anyone, regardless of technical experience, to start creating and selling NFTs on Shopify.

On the B2B side - still working on it - launched a business portal (self-service checkout) to speed it up.
On the B2C side - we launched a B2B2C product solving rapid onboarding in web3. As a result we have onboarded 3M+ end-users.

What I find problemanting with problem validation is that, in many cases, the problem isn't the problem at hand. It is already a result of a deeper issue.
Firstly I'd validate if the problem exists in the fist place by talking to others and see if they experience it. The 5 why's is a good way to dive in deeper.
Secondly I'd create assumptions and validate if the problem is a real problem or...

Our team is starting to experiment with Factors AI.
I usually ask for KISS.
* Plan a 2 week cycle
* draft your hypothesis and show your visuals in the report

I'm personally really excited about One Click Crypto. We reviewed it with Venly Ventures and all signals green. I'll be a user for sure when there is either a direct connect with Venly or when it is upgraded to wallet connect V2 (V1 is deprecated).
Shows a lot of promise Max - let me know when auto-invest is possible. I want to test that out.

Hey everyone,
I'm super excited to spark this conversation.
As someone deeply involved in Web3, I can see firsthand how blockchain technologies can revolutionize entire industries. For discussion purposes, let's stick to how web3 will impact e-commerce and e-commerce platforms.
Before I spill my beans - I'm interested to hear from the PH community and what you think.

Wow. While I love the idea I am wary now about giving the AI access to all those materials. Does it limit to for example public notion pages only or how does it work.

sounds interesting and surely useful for marketeers. I do wonder whether it has any security risks to use tagmate. Usually our devs are quite critical of using GTM in general.

In relation to time - You need to start instead of wondering whether its the right time. Even if starting is just a back-of-the-napkin drawing.
