* I can workout for 1 hour every day.
* Twitter is good for A/B testing which ideas are perceived as useful.

1) Write 1-2 most important tasks on a post it and place it in front of you.
2) Place a yoga mat or dumbbells in the middle of the room to remind you to move every time you get up.
3) Put on noise-cancelling headphones, put on 1 song on repeat (currently listening to Godzilla by Eminem), and turn on fullscreen mode to work.

To add to what others are saying: naps.
Whenever I feel low on energy, I hit the bed.
* Set a 25 minute timer
* Make the room as quiet and dark as possible
* Relax/slow down your breathing.
25 minutes is long enough to get 10-15 minutes of sleep and catch a wave of energy. Longer naps can leave you feeling low again.
