When a product is super intuitive and just works seamlessly out of the box without me needing to scour the docs or hit up their support. That always leaves a great first impression!

I had the same issue. Turns out there was a conflict with another scheduled task. Double check your task scheduler settings and disable any potentially conflicting tasks before launching. That fixed it for me. Hope this helps!

Doing good keyword research and optimizing your title tags and meta descriptions still works well for me. I use AI tools like CopyAI and Frase to help generate SEO-optimized content, titles and descriptions around my target keywords. It takes some refining but saves a lot of time vs doing it all manually.
Anyone has a secret SEO tip that worked recently?

Absolutely, PLG is a game changer for SaaS! Giving users a taste of the value upfront with freemium and free trials is huge. And iterating fast based on their feedback is key. Combine that with some viral/referral mechanics and you can really accelerate growth. Would love to hear more details on your onboarding flow and what's worked best for driving conversions!

Building a community on Reddit can definitely work if there are active subreddits in your niche with engaged users. Do some research to find relevant subreddits with a good number of members and regular activity. Engage authentically, follow the community rules, and provide value. Over time you can build trust and bring some of those Redditors over to your own community too. Just be patient and...

Definitely! User interviews are key before launching. A few more tips: 1) Offer an incentive like a gift card to encourage participation, 2) Ask about their current workflows to understand pain points, 3) Do a dry run of the interview to polish your questions, 4) Synthesize insights ASAP after each interview while it's fresh. Anyone have experience with good tools for analyzing interview...

I think AI will increasingly be used to screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to efficiently narrow down the candidate pool. But agreed, it's crucial to keep the human touch for final evaluations and decisions. Maybe AI handles the top of the hiring funnel, then hands off to humans to assess culture fit, soft skills, etc. The key is finding the right human-AI balance. π€π€π¨πΌ
How do you think AI will change the hiring process in the next few years?

It ain't easy! Set firm boundaries w/ work -- no emails, no calls on Saturdays. Block that time for family & you. Maybe do errands/chores early AM to free up the day. Plan something fun y'all can look forward to each week, like hikes or family game night. Treat yo self to some me-time too! π You got this! Work-life balance is key. π

Yep, cleaning services are always needed and you can def scale up once you build a solid crew. Another boring but profitable biz is selling industrial parts & supplies - not sexy but companies will always need that stuff to keep their operations running smoothly.

@tomaofficer hey Thomas! This looks like an awesome tool, exactly what I've been looking for to organize my messy thoughts. Just wondering, does Echo support other languages for transcription? English is fine, but I often switch between languages when taking notes. Congrats on the launch!

Yeah cold emails can work well if you use the right tool and approach! I've been using Lemlist and seeing solid results so far. The key is personalizing each email, keeping them concise, and providing real value to the prospect. It's a numbers game but the responses and meetings booked make it worth it. Having a strong domain and email reputation helps a ton with deliverability too. Let me know...

Definitely time blocking for me too! I break my day into focused chunks for specific tasks or types of work, and it keeps me way more productive than jumping between things. The Pomodoro technique with 25min focus sessions works great for this. Total game changer agreed!

Hey Ghulam! Another trick is to research the investors beforehand and tailor your pitch to their specific interests and portfolio. Look at the companies and sectors they've invested in before. In your pitch, draw connections between your startup and their past investments to show how you align with their focus areas. Investors love to see that you've done your homework! Also practice your pitch...

Having a deep understanding of your target users is crucial. But I think timing and trends also play a big role. Launching something innovative that solves a real problem at the right moment can lead to major traction on PH. Solid execution and a polished product experience matter too of course.

Promoting on social media is key - post about your launch across all channels leading up to and on the big day. Get creative with eye-catching visuals and copy to build hype. Targeted ads can help get more π on your posts. And definitely reach out to relevant influencers, journalists, and bloggers to see if they'll give you a shoutout or review. I've heard good things about Animaker (animaker.com) for animating logos. It's a web-based tool with pre-built templates and effects that simplify the process. Might be worth checking out as an alternative to Trangram while they build out their effects library. Let me know if you try it and how it works for your logo animation needs!
Do you have any suggestions for tools to animate a logo?
