I feel this in my bones! My brain does product stuff way better before 2pm, so that's my build time. Marketing gets the afternoon when I'm naturally more chatty anyway. The whole "doing both at once" thing is a myth that nearly burned me out.
Why is it so hard for founders to balance building a product and marketing at the same time? 🤔

Being "AI-ready" is way simpler than people make it sound. The companies I see crushing it with AI started by getting really good at identifying repetitive tasks, documenting processes, and being clear about what success looks like. The tech stack comes later.

Do one final sanity check of your customer support system. Make sure your help docs are ready, support email is working, and team knows how to handle FAQs. Nothing kills momentum faster than excited customers who can't get help.

I'd probably go full-on "how it started vs how it's going" vibes for my personal brand, showing the messy, real journey of building something awesome. The kind of stuff we usually don't see but totally need to.

I'm a huge YES on this! As someone who's tested a bunch of AI headshot tools, what excites me most is how they're making professional photos accessible to everyone.

AI isn't quite there yet. Current AI models have memory limitations and struggle to maintain consistency across longer videos ,they literally "forget" what happened in earlier scenes. Beyond that, while AI can generate visuals quickly, compelling videos need more than just technical consistency. They need story structure, emotional pacing, and purposeful creative choices. One-click might work...

I'd say, forget mass marketing at first. The best strategy I've seen work consistently is what I call the "coffee chat method." Find 10 people who have the exact problem you're solving and talk to them personally. Make their experience amazing, then ask them to connect you with 2-3 others who face the same challenge.
Find relevant Slack or Discord communities and become genuinely helpful...

I've found that obsessing over competition often leads to copying rather than innovating. Instead of playing catch-up, I focus on deeply understanding my audience's problems and solving them in unique ways. When you nail that, you naturally stay ahead without the mental drain of constant comparison. What matters most is creating genuine value that makes a real difference for your people.

Yes, been using HeyGen for AI generated short-form videos, the reach was massive on LinkedIn.
Have you experimented with short-form videos (like Reels or TikToks) for your business?

Depends on the value an AI tool has to offer. I think with the number of tools available it's getting pretty reasonable.
Do you think the charges for AI tools currently on the market are reasonable?

Visual planning can be a real game-changer for teams! It transforms abstract ideas into clear, actionable plans that everyone can see and understand. When everyone’s literally on the same page, it’s easier to align and collaborate effectively. Plus, it keeps progress visible and motivates the team to stay on track.

When a big task looms ahead, I shift into what I like to call 'sprint mode.' I work intensely for a set period, then take a refreshing break before diving back in. This method makes the work feel less overwhelming and keeps my energy levels up.

I've played around with different timelines, and honestly, it depends on your campaign size as well. I keep a "seasonal swipe file", basically a folder of my best-performing campaign elements from previous years. This cuts planning time in half and lets me focus on fresh ideas instead of reinventing the wheel.
How much in advance do you prepare seasonal marketing campaigns?

The biggest thing I learned from our recent launch - start building your hunter community early! Record a quick personal video walking through your product. Hunters love seeing the founder's passion firsthand, share your story, and get them excited about what you're building. Don't forget the basics: engaging visuals, and clear problem-solution explanation. Make sure you're super active in the...
