It works and it depends on your audience, how well you are able to drag their attention and how well you present what they are going to gain.

What type of work culture do you like and appreciate ?
There are mostly four types of work culture that we can decode
1) Clan Culture - which is Collaborative ( Do things Together)
2) Adhocracy Culture - which is creative ( You do new things every now and then )
3) Market Culture - which is competitive ( Major decisions taken are based on market response )
4) Hierarchy Culture - which is controlling ( Follows set of instructions and duties )

Do you think Spaces and Architecture has Direct Impact on your mental health and Productivity ??
The external space is linked to the internal space of mind, thought and process. I feel it impacts your behavior and responses in an unmeasurable manner. Even your workspace should be such which exposes you to minimal distraction and frames so that you remain focused on the thought you are engaged with.
.
What are your views over this ? How have you created a workspace for yourself at home ??

I also would vote for Suits , also House of Cards is amazing but it is more about the politics of the States and the Internal Diplomacy of the white house.

I like to try new things and cuisines, so perhaps I would look at the rating of the food and order. But if I am going for a fine dine or something, the most important factor for me is the ambience, the interiors and exteriors of that space.

It would be vegetable oats... Because it has very simple ingredients and is light on your stomach, you can have it at any time of the day and the effort required is very less to cook it.
I could relate it to myself as I am a simple being, who is very easy to engage with anyone and anywhere. I find happiness in little things and value every person, thing around me.
If there was a self-cooked meal that best described you as a person, what would it be?

How do you cope up with setbacks in your life ??
I take out some time to recollect myself, reflect on my shortcomings and do not relate that setback to my life but just a part of something I wanted to achieve. Like this I come out more stronger and become more focused towards my goal.

Taking out time for a walk either in the morning or evening, listening to the melodies of the nature, birds chirping and just spending time with self. Also, doing some art helps a lot to release stress and gain positivity.

I believed that If I ever lie, my mouth will start bleeding and I will be caught and also was scared with the thought of seeing blood coming from my teeth and mouth. Also, I used to believe that every animal smiles when I talk to them.... :D

I am in lockdown since a month now. This time its very horrifying, the people who are passing away gets closer and closer to your circle and you cannot do anything about it. What you can only do is take care of yourself and your family. If everyone does that it will be really helpful to get out if this unexpected situation.

Automation lacks emotions. You can incorporate everything which a human has but cannot make it as human efficient. Automation is like a machine, you give a command and get an output whereas with humans they put their unique thought in every thing and comes up with innovative results most of the time. It has definitely made the tasks less time consuming and efficient but after all you need...

Giving and taking the cooling time firstly. After this you are in a position to see what went wrong and how can you make things better. If you operate with this thought of working out things, by conversation and understanding the other person you can resolve any conflict. Then of course saying some kind words or giving a treat is an add on.

I write down in my diary but I think I need a writable wall where I can follow up the pending tasks, collate my thoughts and can connect all the dots together. For me when I write with my hand gives me the most satisfaction and thoughts to new ideas.
Do you list down the list of tasks you completed in a day, everyday? If yes, where?

Learning from each other without any hierarchy. Leaning has no boundaries, classifications and types. One can learn by someone's behavior, working style and even merely just the way they are. This is really not possible when we are working remotely as one is connected virtually but otherwise it definitely contributes to your overall growth.

Mental Health affects every aspect of life whether its work or personal life. When I was going through depressive phase in my life, work was something which gave me energy and relief, gave me focus to not think about anything. I kept myself very occupied in work which somewhere helped me to not go into self pity phase but it did not improve my condition. I was aware about it and went for...

I was working as a curriculum architect in one of the start up's where I was designing their courses, my boss had very unrealistic deadlines and was always in a hurry to complete things...Then he started cutting my salary if the work was not completed in the deadlines given. After a few days I left that job. The lesson I learnt was two way, firstly one should speak up for any behavior which is...
