When is the best time to launch on PH?
Hi all! According to your experience, when it's the best time to launch on PH?
We just launched our MVP and are starting to onboard beta users but we would like to reach more people as we believe our product can help.

Before trying to engage with all your members, you need to identify your champions and who you want to focus on. Categorize your members between passive, active and committed is a first step to better understand your community. Then you could set up strategies and personalized actions depending on each profile.

Discuss your roadmap with your community and ask "which features is most relevant for you". Then gather the answers and prioritize the ones that have most answers.
