in real short: Google Analytics will tell you where people drop-off, Smilejet will tell you why.
It's like Hotjar, but way more zoomed in on the actual page elements that cause issues like rage clicks, dead and error clicks, form friction, when people zoom in (page not readable enough) etc. and relays all this information in an easy to digest dashboard including the session...

Can't help you with links to similar sites other then PH website itself, but I'm building a new tool that is specifically designed for product owners, marketing professionals and UX/UI designers.
