Hey PH fam, do you use any tools to keep track of all your family members health data and stuff?
This one time, I was desperately trying to find a prescription for one medicine whose name I forgot, only to realize there is no proper location to store why that medicine exists, for what purpose the medicine was prescribed, and for what ailment. (That old, trust me.)
Likewise, tracking all appointments with different doctors for all family members is super difficult when you live in a huge...

Do you think it's necessary to tell people about your product before they use it?
I'm talking about providing user-curated onboarding tours, how-to guides, FAQ's and a resource centre. To feel more engaged, the curations must also focus on the user's day-to-day roles.
Do you also believe that users quickly lose interest if either of the above isn't provided?
