    Direct approach or Recommendation?

Hey guys, I wanted to understand from you'll what would you prefer? Directly approaching the client or going via recommendations/referrals. Because in a recent conversation with a sales team, I found out the biggest hassle was cold calling and approaching customers, if there was a referral system, things would have become easier!

Work from home or Work from office?

Someone told me a line, which I thought would be good for a discussion to have: Accept it - "If you can't trust your team to work from home; you don't trust them at all." Ps: I like to work from the office Please share your comments and views on the same.

    Linkedin or Business card?

During a recent conversation with a person, he stated to me that he uses Linkedin for networking and doesn't need a business card. Hence I was curious to find out how many people do the same? Note: My question to him on that statement was the following " When you are at a networking event and you meet someone you tend to make them add you on Linkedin? or just share your business cards? Also,...

I felt networking on a daily basis with the right audience was lacking and I was struggling with it because of two reasons: If you are a start-up single founder, sometimes you tend to get completely engrossed in coding or making...
