I’ve used pdfrw and PyPDF2 for some projects. They’re open-source and highly customizable, though they require a bit of coding. You could potentially modify them for cross marks while preserving editability.

I’m a big fan of ClickUp. It has tons of features that allow us to manage tasks, track time, and even communicate directly within the platform. It’s perfect for SaaS teams that need all-in-one functionailty.

I did tons of 1:1s with customers early on. It was overwhelming but crucial. I’ve had fewer with founders, but I see the value in those too.

My go-to is creating a resume tailored for ATS system. I use a free ATS checker, but combining that with a job tracker in one tool sounds super efficient.
