Congrats! What an achievement. How has the following improved your brand and or adoption of your service or tool?

inorbit.io - team and product management with a key focus on bridging the gap between internal and external teams.

Clarity. A product that gets you to that Aha moment in the least amount of time.

For me is blocking out the time to manage and answer all the questions. Making sure you're taking the time to respond in a genuine way. But sometimes it's filtering out the ones where you know is asked purely for personal gains like an upvote on their launch or otherwise a way to sell their service. I feel like it's something you can't get away from.

I try to be honest and candid. We need the support, we appreciate the sharing and spreading of the word and how it'll help us to grow. Be genuine and no one can fault you for trying to work on you passion.

Empowerment. Thats is one of the major drivers for building (https://www.producthunt.com/post...) to support and empower teams to be productive and efficient.

I think this is definitely the hardest hurdle for early stage founders and start ups. One of the main reasons we launched today (https://www.producthunt.com/post...) to start building our distribution. Share yours and i'll return the favour.

I think to a degree the founder is and will be the main driver for adoption and growth at the early stages of the startup. From that lense I have to agree that to some level a founder will have to be an influencer.

I normally plan out our product and company roadmap on inorbit.io. we prioritize by impact and by the value narrative we're building. this helps us to refine our go to market motion.

100% the narrative. If the story is not cohesive or broad.. it'll be difficult to get a true understanding of how it'll fit in with the workflow and life of your target ICP.

Niche down your ICP

Hey Ashley, What are your first priorities for PH? What can we expect to see in the next quarter?

I think hybrid/remote brings the benefits of accessing a greater talent pool but comes with the challenges of coordination.

I think having a free tier helps to land your product and from there expand within the business. Its also a great way for new users to try before commiting to the product.

Lack of vision definitely, additionally a lack of cohesion at the leadership level.
