Drink a lot of water while you're on your chair, it will trigger you to have toilet break and make sure to do some stretching or simple 1x10 squats or lunges or any simple exercise everytime you take a leak. This is how I usually do.

Controlling my emotions so that it doesn't show on my face and try to talk less and listen more. Not everyone needs to know what's inside myself.

Have a glass of water to cleanse my stomach and take a cold shower to wake myself up.

I go running or do house chores and take a long shower after. Just try to focus on something other than the stress source itself.

I am training my upper arm muscle, so regular push-ups everyday for now, and some boxing training.

Work should be finished during working hours, if I can't do even that, means I have to improve myself somehow. And I do love to chill any ways I want during the weekend.

This sounds awesome, and I would love it to happen. I don't mind going the extra miles in the 4-days work a week, but I would love to totally rest and/or do something I like on the other 3 days without contact from work.
