One of the biggest things that customers cared about when I worked at GitHub was the ability to find decisions made about code, quickly. It's not always easy to search through Pull Requests and commit histories to find the reason for a change. Codex makes it dead simple to ask and get an answer from the people who know the most about the code. Huge level up! Really cool to see so much progress...
