1. Setting at least two alarms to avoid waking up late. 2. Conducting daily reviews. I've set a reminder on my calendar to not miss them each day. 3. Focusing on the top 3 most important tasks of the day. This way I avoid getting overwhelmed with the numerous tasks I need to do and focus on the most important first.
