Building. By far. Note that I refer to building as "product" building, not limited to only development (in which for certain fields like security, electronics, etc... difficulty skyrockets). With a good value proposition and product, the product can sell by itself provided you have done your homework in marketing and communication.

I'm more inclined to read long texts (blog articles and such) if the text is well-researched and written. I don't find short texts compelling since they usually just contain very general information with low value. Exceptions can apply, but it's like this 90% of the time.

I'm delving deep into strategy. I was pretty astonished it is a topic taught on a business university with actual research behind, so I'm trying to understand it better :)
