I'm an experienced multidisciplinary product designer and aspiring neighbor. I work with talented makers to craft cohesive, intricate, and joyful product experiences that help companies and their customers thrive together. For 20+ years, I've worked as a hands-on product and brand designer—defining, designing, and delivering platforms and products in a range of industries, most recently health tech and fintech, and at every scale and phase of development. Throughout my career I've created tools, frameworks, and workflows for strategic decision-making, product design practice, and more. Some of my recent projects include creating Outcome Laddering framework (now implemented at multiple companies and taught at MICA) and the FigJam/Figma widget DateStamp with my developer brother Jon.
