Webflow is a great alternative to Squarespace. It's more flexible and powerful for building custom websites without coding. You can use their visual designer to create unique layouts. And their CMS and ecommerce features are solid too. A bit of a learning curve coming from Squarespace but worth it for the added customization in my experience.

Audio quality is definitely more important than video for streaming. You can still follow along with pixelated video but crackly audio is unusable. Investing in a good mic setup should be the top priority for any streamer.

Definitely look at the reviewer's history and previous posts. If they only have short, repetitive, super positive reviews, prob not legit. The best reviews go into specifics about what's good and bad. Also check out the founder's replies to reviews, that can give clues too. Takes some detective work but worth it to find the real deal!
