Since the pandemic, companies have been keen to get everyone back in the office. However, a lot of us have really gotten used to the perks of working from home—like flexibility and no commute. It’s no surprise that not everyone is thrilled about returning full-time. It’s all about finding the right balance now, and hopefully, companies will keep that in mind to make everyone happy!
