I consider only 2 things.
I think about what is the most loving thing to do. What is most loving might be standing my ground on a boundary and cutting someone off, or asking someone about something they really love, even if I'm not personally interested, or savoring my food at dinner and eating it slow to enjoy every bite, or it's making sure I eat quick so that I can visit someone.

If we address the emotions when grabbing their attention, we communicate with more purpose.
Imagine a geophysicist is talking to someone about clean water to drink and the actions we do now to the climate will influence.
Should the geophysicist lead with elaborating on his data capture and the historical trends?
Or should the geophysicist lead by saying, "in 15 years, we won't have...

There are 2 things that I have done that makes staying focused incredibly easy and smooth for me.
1) Meditate. I've been meditating for 3 years now. The practice of stilling the ways my consciousness moves has cultivated mastery over this.
2) I have found my life purpose / vision. A goal for 10 years down the line can be worked backwards until I can see the actions that need to be taken in...

For me, my 'why' is pretty self explanatory. Going towards some professional goals were illusory because I doubted that my intuition could be valued highly.
My purpose in life is tied with what comes intuitively to me, as well as what things I'm really good at.
Considering it all, I would **start** my professional journey pursuing what I am getting stronger in now. A COO position. There's...

If we let things sit in our subconscious, our subconscious untangles most of that for us. In my experiences, magic does not come from strain.

I either refresh myself by either walking, spending time in nature somehow (I love my backyard), or meditating.
After that, then I can very easily decide how I want to spend the rest of the day.

macOS. I was urged over time to switch to mac/Apple products because of how the ecosystem cultivates synergy between devices.
It really was a quality of life upgrade for me.
Which operating system do you use: Apple's macOS or Microsoft Windows?
