I'm using Proactive Campaigns for Zendesk. All replies go directly to my support system as a ticket, so it's very convenient. I can't set needed assignees or ticket status of replies, so no reply is lost, and everything is automated. It always works perfectly and really easy to use for me.

It's not as easy as it seems. I suggest working on your product primarily by improving and updating it. People will review your app if it offers exclusive helpful features and solves users' issues.
