This will happen for every opportunity. There was the California gold rush, the dot com bubble, the housing crash, crypto and NFTs, etc. What makes a business thrive will always remain the same; do people actually want to buy what you're selling? People will build what inspires them, and that can come from anywhere! You don't see many coal traders nowadays.

Maybe one day, but for now it's good to be used as a tool for designers

If you're leading a team, you're at fault. Understand the problems holding back your team in 1 on 1's. If it's me then I take some time to reflect in the shower and draw a flowchart of questions I ask myself to identify deep rooted issues

Focus in on your unique value proposition and ensure that your intended target market actually wants the kind of product you're offering. Find more of those people and create a product that uniquely solves the problems they have so well that they'll vouch for you!

Ask yourself the necessary questions to break down their responses. Most of the time toxic responses are just constructive criticism with a harsh tone. Take the feedback, ask them questions, ask yourself questions. Good luck!
