How many chess matches or AlphaGo matches did you watch where 2 AIs were competing? I feel human beings need something relatable, when they consume content for entertainment. This is my viewpoint, but things can totally change in the future and we all might be heavily invested in robo wars :)

I used to work whole weekends when I was a young founder. Now I believe in cutting off and having a family time, so that you come back afresh. It still doesn't mean that you completely cut-off because you keep getting customer issues or want to do some strategic thinking. Strategic timeouts once a quarter are also good.

I have been doing workations for 10 years now. Earlier we did that in my previous company Mindtickle, and now at www.zipy.ai - Since our product development team is based in India, we usually go to the mountains - the Himalayas as part of workations once a year, and this has several benefits:
1. We define a strict half day work policy, and we start early in the morning and finish it by 12-1pm,...
Is workation a good idea? What do you think about this form of work and vacation?
