I want to share a few takeaways that I had from our launch (Jet Admin, Feb 1st), which hopefully can help someone who's just planning the launch.
First of all, upvotes alone don't matter as much. This is well illustrated by the fact that we were competing for 5th place with a product that had roughly 40% more upvotes and it's the last minutes that decided the end...

If you're looking for a front-end for APIs and SQL DBs, you can try Jet Admin: https://www.jetadmin.io/. You will not get in-line editing capability though, but if you're ok with drilling down into records, that might be a fit.

Tool-wise, there's been already lots of suggestions.
I'd like to point out another important aspect - the metric you use to measure success. And here it really depends on the type of product, the usage patterns, the monetization model, ect.
Consider it a new channel experiment. You likely don't want to use the top-of-the-funnel engagement as the metric for success as you'll not know if these...
