I've used other customer support software before. This will make your life easier. I know it did mine. I'm able to focus on my business without worrying about support issues. I know the reps are going to be able to answer the questions of my customers. I can also feel confident that my customers are getting a great experience when they use my product.

I do use Juphy every single day. It's simple and practical with great potential.
I highly recommend Juphy, it is a huge timesaver and it saves a lot of mental effort where you can be easily on top of everything going on in all of your channels.
