WPPortal is a great helpdesk plugin that can really help you streamline your support team. It has a ton of features that keep your customers happy, like being able to initiate new conversations with customers at any time, manage your existing conversations and access a comprehensive knowledge base that can be used to answer questions and resolve issues and bugs. I also like how easy it is to use and how easy it is to setup!
One of the best teams I've dealt with - kind, patient and responsive founder team who really care about the startup ecosystem.

One of the greatest ways SaaS startups can display that they care about their target market is by providing integrations with existing tools that their TG is already using.

ThriveDesk is the best live chat software on the market. I had tried many other software in the past and no one came close to the level of functionality that ThriveDesk has. Its UI is simple and easy to use and it's lightest & fastest live chat assistant on a WordPress platform. I've been using thrive desk for over a year now and can confidently recommend it for anyone looking for an easy and reliable live chat solution!

From the beginning, I have followed ThriveDesk. It is an easy-to-use customer support tool. The tool has been growing over time. It is very well designed and affordable. I can create multiple inboxes for different businesses from one account. It helps me maintain my entire sales team and customer support staff.
Even the admin can't change the chat assistant settings. it should not be happening.
